Sustainability Partner
BMS’s LEED AP O&M professionals are here to partner with you in obtaining your sustainability goals. There are specific LEED credits related to green cleaning programs. BMS can play a critical role in helping those pursuing a LEED certification. Several points toward a LEED-EBOM certification are attainable through the implementation of a comprehensive green cleaning program. We can also support your reporting needs related to GRESB, ENERGY STAR, and WELL building.
